Leading experts in Oriental studies came to the conference hall of the Institute for World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine on June 5, 2012, to discuss socio-economic development prospects of human civilization in the forthcoming decades.
Ceremonial opening of the Central Mosque “Ahat-Jami” was held on June, 15, 2012. The event that started with recitation of the Holy Koran was attended by representatives from religious organizations of Ukraine and other countries, public administration offices.

In terms of supporting campaign for foreign muslims coming for Euro-2012 both All-Ukrainian Association of Social Organizations (AUASO) “Alriad” and Religious Administration for Muslims of Ukraine (RAMU) “Umma” launched a Muslim Hotline. It will be functioning in the Islamic cultural centres in four Ukrainian cities where football games are held. These hotlines are available 24/7 for answering the questions and helping the guests in difficult situations. Arabic-speaking visitors to Ukraine can get a consultation in Arabic as well.
Organization of annual scientific and practical conferences and round tables has become a tradition for the All-Ukrainian Association of Public Organizations (AAPO) “Alraid”. These events bring together scientific elite of this multiconfessional and multinational peninsula, as they offer a platform for scientists, professors and staff from research institutes and laboratories for exchanging experiences and results of their scientific search.
Children are not only great joy and delight in the eyes of parents, but also a great responsibility shouldered on them. This responsibility is to be carried by fathers and mothers both in this and future life, as they will be inevitably asked in Judgment Day about how they brought up their offspring and how they built relations with their kids. This great responsibility pushes Muslims toward search for knowledge about children’s care and education and fostering trustful atmosphere in the family.
Just before the opening of European Football Championship The Federation of Islamic Organisations in Europecame up with the Declaration, in which they mentioned the merits of the Governments and nations of Ukraine and Poland in preparing this football festival.
