Traditionally, the Islamic Cultural Centre tries even a little to lessen food costs of low-income families, as well as to provide all visitors of evening mosque with daily hot iftars.

The grocery bags (each weighing more than 10 kg) were distributed to needy families on the eve of the holy month, so the faithful would be able not to be worry about the daily things during the fast. Each of the 250 sets includes sunflower oil, buckwheat, rice, flour, sugar, tea and macaroni foods. All of sets were delivered to its takers.

In addition, since the first day of fasting, Kharkiv ICC mosque has been offering complex hot dinners, iftars, to fasting believers and guests of the Centre. The large iftars for 400-500 people, has not been carried out yet (these are scheduled for every Saturday and Sunday, when there is a maximum number of evening visitors of the mosque), but the small iftars for hundred people are already held from the beginning of the holy month.

Almighty will accept our fasting, good deeds, prayers and penitence!
