Foreign Students Get Acquainted with Ukrainian Culture

Kiev Social Organization "An-Nour" organized excursion to an open-air museum of Pirogovo. For the students-foreigners, studying at preparatory faculty, the action became the first acquaintance with the culture of Ukraine, its traditions and customs.

The visitors of the museum with an interest observed small clay houses of the eighteenth century, instruments of labor, life subjects. Some of them tried to photograph all exhibits, since they did not meet anything similar before. They promised to show the photos to their families in their homeland.

On returning to the Islamic centre of Kiev, the chairman of "Аlraid" Association Ismail Kady met them with the words of greeting. And during the dialogue he reminded of the initial purpose of their stay in Ukraine which consists in study and enrichment by knowledge.
