"Аlraid" Participated to Conference "Activity of the Muslim Woman in the West"

Association "Аlraid" took part in the All-Europe conference "Activity of the Muslim Woman in the West" which took place in
Istanbul.

The organizer of action is the female department of Association of Islamic Organizations of Europe.

Within the limits of the conference were discussed questions of participation of Muslim women in Association work, further plans and prospects of activity of the Female Department.

In the meeting were present the chairmen of the Islamic organizations of some European countries and about 75 active workers participating in Islamic work.

The participants of the meeting were the chairman of the Association of European Islamic Organizations Shakib Ben Mahluf, the chairman of  the Female Department Marwa Abed, and also the head of the European Forum of Muslim Women Nura Ben Hamud.

Sheikh Suleyman Al-Awda was the special visitor of the conference who gave some lectures on pressing issues which Muslims in the West face.
