Muslims of Ukraine sharply discuss publications of caricatures of Prophet Muhammad in the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten

We, Muslims and Islamic scholars of Ukraine, are shocked by publications of the newspaper "Jyllands-Posten" and think that any mass-media replication of the materials of such kind is an inadmissible demonstration of religious intolerance.

The publications of such kind are of extremely offensive and provocative character and they should be stopped by the authorities of any country without delay, no matter what religion practice the majority of this country.

We sincerely hope that Danish authorities will consider this problem and will take strong measures towards those who initiated this publication and will find the way to prevent such incidents in the future.

We consider it as a must to inform of our support to the wave of protest that grasped the Muslims of the whole world. We hope that this protest will help Danish governmental institutions to take the only possible correct decision towards those, who are guilty in insulting the most precious feelings of great quantity of Muslims in the world.
