World-Wide Forum of Hafiz of The Holy Quran took place in the end of November in Kuwait. In the forum participated representatives of more than 60 countries of the world and famous Muslim agents. The meeting was held under the title "Quran Hafiz – Reliability of the Society". In the meeting participated representatives of the Crimean Hafiz School, too.

From the 25^th to the 28^th of November 2007 the state of Kuwait organized the fourth forum of Hafiz of the Holy Quran under patronizing of The Ministry of wakf and religion together with the world-wide Islamic organization and department of studying of the Holy Quran. The event was sponsored by of the prince of Kuwait sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jabir as-Sabah.

Representatives in the meeting of the Crimean Hafiz School were its graduate, hafiz Muhammad Mamutov and school principal Seyran Arifov, who is also the vice-chairman of "Alraid" in Crimea.

Forum was opened on Sunday, the 25^th of November in the "Sheraton" hotel. In the event took part 114 Muslims, representing more than 60 countries of the Islamic world. Among them were scientific and statesmen of Kuwait, teachers of the Holy Quran from the most famous Islamic universities of the world. The international organization "Muslim League" was represented by sheikh Abdullah Turky, and sheikh Abdullah Basfar represented the international organization of the Holy Quran studying.

The meeting united several scholarly reports and discussion of five actual topics. The topic "Calmness of the Soul" was touched upon with an aim to make the society pay attention to the necessity of learning the Holy Quran for the benefit of the soul pureness of the man aimed at developing good temper. The topic of ideological safety calls to observe moderation and "the golden mean", to which the Holy Quran calls.

Another topic dedicated to the social defense disclosed the essence of the Quran teachings and their exercise for the benefit of interaction of different layers of the society and spreading of love and harmony between them.

Directions of the Holy Quran show the universality of Islam as mercy for all the people. The role of those knowing the Holy Quran by heart manifests itself in the implanting of high values of Islam, in which "Safety of the man" is revealed.

The next topic which concerns economical well-being disclosed the role of the Holy Quran which calls upon the equality of economical condition of the society.
